Terms of sale
Last updated: 26 October 2026
This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any difference, the French version prevails.
Article 1 — Purpose and scope
These terms of sale govern the sale of digital products offered by Fly with Mel to consumers, to the exclusion of any other terms.
They are available at any time on flywithmel.com and take precedence over any other document. Placing an order means you fully accept these terms, which you confirm by ticking a box when ordering.
Only these terms are contractually binding. Social media posts, videos, promotional e-mails, podcast episodes and other communications are for information only and are not contractually binding.
Fly with Mel may change these terms at any time. The terms that apply are those in force on the date of the order.
Article 2 — Seller
Mélanie Roukoz, trading as Fly with Mel, a sole trader registered in Australia.
ABN: 99 781 554 387
Address: 33 Oxford Street, Riverstone NSW 2765, Australia
E-mail: mel@flywithmel.com
The business is operated from Australia.
Article 3 — Products
The products are digital content supplied in intangible form, downloadable after payment.
Each product has a description of its main features: type of content, format, number of pages and delivery method. Descriptions are written with great care; minor differences in presentation do not make the seller liable.
Products are for strictly personal use.
Article 4 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes. There is no delivery charge, as products are supplied digitally.
The price that applies is the one shown when the order is confirmed. Fly with Mel may change its prices at any time; the price shown on the day of the order is the only one that applies to the buyer.
Article 5 — Ordering
Orders are placed online, on Fly with Mel's sales pages (flywithmel-coaching.systeme.io), which you reach from flywithmel.com. The buyer enters the required information, reads these terms and accepts them by ticking the box provided, then confirms payment.
Confirmation of payment concludes the contract. A confirmation e-mail summarising the order is sent to the buyer.
Fly with Mel may refuse any order that is abnormal, abusive or made in bad faith.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made online, in full, by card or any other method offered at checkout.
Transactions are processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider. Card details are sent directly to Stripe and are never accessible to Fly with Mel.
The order is only finally recorded once payment is confirmed.
Article 7 — Delivery
The product is made available immediately after payment is confirmed, in two ways at once:
- a download link shown on the confirmation page;
- a download link sent by e-mail to the address given when ordering.
The buyer must check that the e-mail address given is correct and, if needed, check their spam folder.
If the buyer has trouble accessing the product, they should contact the seller at mel@flywithmel.com, who will send it again as soon as possible.
Article 8 — Right of withdrawal
Under the rules for digital content supplied in intangible form, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of that right.
By ticking the box provided when ordering, the buyer:
- expressly asks for the product to be supplied immediately, before the withdrawal period ends;
- expressly acknowledges that they therefore lose their right of withdrawal.
Confirmation of this agreement is included in the order confirmation e-mail, on a durable medium.
As a result, no withdrawal or refund can be requested on this basis once the product has been made available.
This exclusion does not remove any of the legal guarantees in Article 9.
Article 9 — Legal guarantees
Regardless of Article 8, the buyer benefits from the legal guarantees that apply to digital content, including the legal guarantee of conformity.
If the product delivered does not match its description (unreadable, incomplete or different from the product advertised), the buyer can have it brought into conformity, or failing that obtain a price reduction or cancellation of the contract, at no cost.
Any claim on this basis should be sent to mel@flywithmel.com.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the rights the buyer has under mandatory consumer protection rules in their country of residence.
Article 10 — Intellectual property and licence
The products sold are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of their authors.
Purchasing a product gives the buyer a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence. The buyer may view the product, print it and use it for their own needs.
Unless prior written permission is given, the following are prohibited:
- reselling, renting or transferring the product, free of charge or for payment;
- distributing, sharing or making the product or its download link available to others;
- copying, adapting or using the content, in whole or in part, for commercial or group purposes.
The download link is strictly personal.
Article 11 — Nature of the products and no guarantee of results
The products are tools for self-reflection and personal development.
They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment, and do not replace a consultation with a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist or other health professional when one is needed.
Results vary from person to person, depending on their situation and commitment. No particular result is guaranteed and no promise of results is made.
Article 12 — Personal data
The data collected when ordering is needed to process the order and supply the product.
How it is processed, who receives it, how long it is kept and the buyer's rights are detailed in the privacy policy.
Article 13 — Customer service and complaints
Any question or complaint can be sent to: mel@flywithmel.com
A reply is given within 3 working days.
Article 14 — Consumer mediation
Fly with Mel invites the buyer to first seek an amicable solution by contacting the seller at mel@flywithmel.com (see Article 13).
As Fly with Mel operates from Australia and is not established in France or the European Union, it is not required to appoint an approved consumer mediator under articles L.611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code.
The buyer keeps, where applicable, the option of using the consumer mediation or dispute resolution schemes available in their country of habitual residence.
Article 15 — Applicable law and disputes
These terms are written in the context of a business operated from Australia.
Where mandatory consumer protection rules apply to the buyer under the law of their country of habitual residence, those rules continue to apply and the buyer may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will try to find an amicable solution before taking any legal action.
Article 16 — Entire agreement
If any clause of these terms is found to be void or unenforceable, the other clauses remain fully valid.
Article 17 — Coaching services
These terms only apply to digital products.
Individual coaching is not sold online. It follows a preliminary conversation (the discovery call) and is governed by a specific contract, with a quote or invoice, provided before any commitment and accepted by signature.
That contract sets out the content of the coaching, its price, payment terms, the right of withdrawal that applies to services, and the conditions for cancellation, rescheduling and early termination. To receive a copy: mel@flywithmel.com
