4. Payment providers
Payments made on the sales pages may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
The banking and payment information needed for the transaction is processed by the payment provider under its own terms of use and privacy policies. Fly with Mel has no access to the full card details entered at checkout.
5. Activity
Fly with Mel offers individual coaching, coaching programmes, coaching sessions and digital products.
Fly with Mel's services are coaching and personal support. They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment, and coaching does not replace a consultation with a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist or other health professional when one is needed.
6. Intellectual property
All elements on flywithmel.com and on the flywithmel-coaching.systeme.io pages, including texts, images, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, documents, programmes, teaching materials and digital content, as well as products sold (journals, guides, downloadable materials), are protected by intellectual property law. They belong to Mélanie Roukoz or to their respective authors, or are used with their owners' permission.
Unless Mélanie Roukoz - Fly with Mel has given prior written permission, any reproduction, display, modification, adaptation, distribution or use, in whole or in part, of the site's content or of materials provided in the programmes is prohibited. The content is for strictly personal use and may not be resold, copied or passed on to others without permission.

Fly with Mel strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, the information on the site is provided for information only and is not a guarantee of results. Results from coaching vary from person to person, depending on their situation, their commitment and factors that do not depend solely on Mélanie Roukoz - Fly with Mel.
Mélanie Roukoz - Fly with Mel therefore does not guarantee any particular result. This clause does not limit or exclude any rights the client has under mandatory applicable law, including consumer rights.
The site links to other services (Calendly, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, social networks, sales pages). Fly with Mel is not responsible for the content of these third-party sites.

This legal notice is written in the context of a business operated from Australia. Contractual relations with clients are governed by the Terms of sale for the service concerned. Where mandatory consumer protection rules apply to the client under the law of their country of residence, those rules continue to apply within the limits set by law.
